Eligibility Criteria for the GAE Visa

To apply for the GAE Visa, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Endorsement by an Approved Body: Like other talent-based visas, the GAE Visa requires applicants to be endorsed by an authorized UK body. This body will assess the applicant’s business idea, vision, and potential impact on the UK economy.
2. Innovative Business Plan: The applicant must present a compelling business idea that is both innovative and scalable, addressing a specific market need or providing a new solution.
3. Proof of Business Experience: Applicants must demonstrate their experience in managing or running businesses, showing their potential to succeed in a new business venture in the UK.
4. English Language Requirement: Applicants must meet the English language proficiency requirement either through an approved test or by providing evidence of a degree taught in English.
